I tried to download an attached stack from the quality centre at
http://quality.runrev.com/qacenter/show_bug.cgi?id=8292
The link attempted to load the file using the web plugin instead of downloading it.
Is the expected behaviour?

The RQCC should ideally be set up to download rather than display stacks. IT may sound recursive, but it might be helpful to file a bug report about that - the RQCC has a category for the RQCC.
In the meantime, it may be helpful to upload the stacks as zip files to avoid the interference with the plugin.
Thanks for the report - very helpful as v4 comes along. The engine change log for v4 notes a variety of issues with the new image enhancements and saving, but hopefully your report will help ensure those get fixed thoroughly.

I posted the problem to

and followed your advice with the zip files.
Good tip.
