Cannot delete custom property of a card

Post by dunbarx » Wed Apr 28, 2021 4:57 pm

I had a custom property in the "customKeys" property set that I could not delete from the inspector. It appeared all of a sudden. No action in the inspector changed anything at all about it.

Other custom properties in "customKeys" are completely accessible, but I cannot modify or delete this one. I got the customKeys property set, deleted the key from there, reset, and all is now well.

Just me, or is this something seen before?

I've never seen that, but you've always been special. Would the name of the property give a clue where it originated?

but you've always been special.

The name of the property was a bit odd in that it was comprised of an odd alphaNumeric string, that string being the text of a field that was to comprise the elements of the property, set under script control. Clicking on the property in the inspector caused it to expand to many, many keys in a 10 level array.

That was weird, but it completely resisted being trashed from the inspector.
