Experience Google drive or MS One drive?

Hello,

does anyone have allready any experience with either Google Drive or Onedrive, to use to create/read/write/edit files?

Like i want to write/edit a simple text from my windows machine connected to Intranet and then read it out with an Android pad and use the simple text line which is in it to display on screen.
I also would be handy that the file token is not changed so that editing and reading out the is always on the same file.

I read a bit about Oauth and the account.
I know and looked a bit at the php code of a few Joomla plugins which are also capable of doing sort of these things.

But i'm curious if allready someone has tried anything and succeeded in doing so..
