I just installed version 7 dp 9 on my mac, and suddenly it's showing Chinese on my stacks I've made. Can i change this somewhere?

So, luckily I wasn't too far along, and I just changed the text back. Not sure what would have caused the font to change to asian based writing on the buttons, but it would be great if it didn't happen again.
