Translate a stack...easily

Hi all,
---- I reproduce here a proposition already made in another forum.------
As independent creator/editor, translate a stack from a language to another is not always easy, in particular when this stack contains hundreds of literal expressions hidden in the scripts or in the tooltips.
As I've never been very enthusiastic about the idea of using "multiple custom property sets" to manage translations, I developed a tool that allows to:
- retrieve all literal texts in a stack in progress,
- write the translation for the founded words,
- and then modify the stack content at one time.

Now, I want to complete the creation of this tool, but I would also like to associate users with the achievement of this project.

The tool is called, provisionally: "StackTranslator", but I received a first proposal (Merci Jean-Marc) to rename it as "TranslateStack", and any other proposal is welcome !
