Has anyone experienced the "Wave" volume on a pc getting set to zero when switching from your open app to another open app? I've gotten a few reports from some testers of this happening. They have to go into their Windows settings and bring the wave volume back up.

There is a music program called SmartMusic, and both my testers use it. When they switch between my program and SmartMusic the wave slider goes to 0.
