using port 80 for runrev application with mysql

So if I want to use port 80 for MySQL because 3306 is blocked, and I don't need a webserver running on port 80 on that server, is it as simple as specifying that port in my runrev app scripts and then in the mysql config file to port 80?

If I do need a webserver running on Port 80, then what would I need to do?
