On this note, check out FerrusLogic's tinyColor library for manipulating colours - https://github.com/Ferruslogic
It makes functions like the ones on https://htmlcolorcodes.com/color-picker/ easily accessible within LC directly.

Indeed: as the OP is complaining about the Windows colour picker I am not sure how helpfulI quite like the colour picker from Apple myself - but each to his own

No worries, I find most comments in this thread helpful or interesting in some way (or at least funny, like those expressing a need to pre-announce a post-supper reply ). That was more an expression of frustration insofar as in mensa corpores sano was calling . . .expressing a need to pre-announce a post-supper reply
