Installing XCode 8.1 beta on windows?

I downloaded xcode 8.1beta.xip
I am trying to open this file in Win 7 professional , unfortunatly it is not permitting.
Can someone kindly advise on how to open this file in windows? as not able to proceed.

Xcode runs only on Mac OS!
