Wearable and banking

I'm wondering if someone has experience linking wearable data to their app. Got an idea to make an app that takes data from the app of a wearable and this is used within the app to translate to payment.

1. Has anyone integrated Stripe or Paypal into their Livecode app yet? If yes, how was your process?

2. Is Livecode setup in a way where the data from a wearable could be used? I know the data goes to a website or app specifically for that wearable but is there a way for Livecode to ask for permission to access this.
