Command revMail

A question. Using LC 4.6.4 (more than sufficient for my use). In a standalone that I created using the command "revMail" works perfectly with Apple Mail in OS 10.6.8 and Outlook in XP. It happens that now, using Outlook 2010 and 2013, the command revMail does not open automatically mail program and gives me an error that refers to a command line. Can anyone tell me why? thank you.
