Combo Box Does not work

I have used Combo Boxes many times with no issues.
I'm Currently working on a new project and need a combo box to select 1 of 5 menu choices.
Everything seems fine until I try to run the App. I can select any choice in the menu and what I get is a blank field no matter which item I choose.
Running on a MacBook Air, LC 10.0.0 DP4
