prebuilt source code?

Post by jwkuehne » Fri Jun 25, 2021 1:51 pm

Compiling 8.1.10 from source: looking for source code to ./prebuilt for 8.1.10, e.g. so I can build libcustomcrypto.a and libcustomssl.a. Also wondering about libiucle.a and libiculx.a in prebuilt/lib, but not in my build of ICU.

I get pretty far into the armv6hf 8.1.10 build before hitting this problem of linking against certain static libraries fetched as 'prebuilt'. It looks like Livecode has custom builds of several packages including SSL, ICU, and possibly CEF, and I'd like to have the source code so I can compile these for armv6hf.

Yeah, I got partway through this as well. It's still a backburner project for me for someday.

Why would you want to do that?
