Hi every,

I have a question about audio recording.

I used mergAV, mergMicrophone externals for recording audio in iOS.
For that I create standalone application file in LiveCode 8.1.1 and add it into device with iOS 10.0.2 SDK but Audio recording does not work.

Also I add this same standalone application file into device with iOS 9 SDK and it works.

So what can be the reason for this issue?

Hi Armenhui - there is currently (as at 2nd November 2016) an issue with mergMicrophone which means if you want to build with LC 8.1.1 you need to use the workaround described at http://quality.livecode.com/show_bug.cgi?id=18683 - OR - build with LC 8.1.0

I sounds like the mothership has already fixed the issue which will be included in the next (8.1.2?) version of LiveCode
