Ive been away from Livecode and Mergext for a while due to illness, but I'm just trying to update my apps to work with iOS8.
Running Livecode 6.6.5 and xCode 6, I create a simply app with a button, test it against the iOS8 simulator and it works fine.
Add a binaries folder and put any external in it, then add that using the copy files pane in the app build settings, then test again and it fails, it just falls over after showing the splash screen.
If I do the same tests against the iOS7 simulator it works.
Any ideas what I could be doing wrong, or if all the above looks right maybe I need to reinstall something.
Thanks
Andy

Just for other folks that may see this the problem was you need to select the external lcext file directly.

Yes, sorry its taken me a while to post an update.
You need to specify each external individually in the copy files pane, putting them all in one folder and simply selecting that no longer works for some reason.
When the externals are added one file at a time they work perfectly.
