Please learn from my PAIN!
Before you login into Apple with a NEW computer,
open up Xcode and export your certificates from your old computer to your new computer BEFORE logging into your Apple account with your new computer. This will save you an unbelievable amount of pain concerning making certificates from developer.com.
ALL my headaches were and are coming from the fact that I didn't know that I should have exported my certificates from my old computer to new computer BEFORE logging into my Apple account with new computer. I am still trying to work with Apple to fix my team ID issue (last 3 weeks).
