Release notes for 9.6.4

These, oddly enough, stop at page 9 where, in previous release notes
changes and bug fixes start to be listed.

Is it at all possible for a full set of release notes for LC 9.6.4 to be made available?

The "Release Notes" for 9.4.0 has ten pages and on page ten you only see links to
the Release Notes for LC 8.1.5 down to LC 6.0.0, no changes or buxfixes listed.

I guess the only difference to 9.6.3 is the new license scheme.

In my installation of LC 9.4.0 the "Release Notes" have ten pages with the content described above.

Hi guys, speaking of 9.6.4 I wonder if the release notes shouldn't state that you can't upload new Apps to Google Play as a known issue.

Any thoughts?
