Double vertical scrollbars?

In the inspector, I have a table field with 333 lines. If I look at the contents tab, I get two vertical scrollbars, side by side on the right. The left one will, hough not easily, get me down to about 313. Then if I drag the thumb in the rightmost one, I can get to the, er, bottom of things. Anyone?
Well, as I was about to make a screenshot, I changed tabs, and when I went back to the contents tab, it righted itself.
