Pulldown menu appearance--bug or setting?

The pulldown control in the Tools palette & the Rev User's Guide shows a menu with a downward facing triangle on the right side of the menu. This is the typical appearance for this type of control. However, when the control is dragged onto a card no triangle appears.

Is this a bug or is there some property to show/hide the triangle?

BTW:

I'm using Rev Media 4.0.0-dp-3 on OS X.
Bug Report 5453 shows the menu with disclosure triangle missing.
Bug Report 3134 notes the disclosure triangle is missing but is listed as an enhancement.

Hi dablock,

I am using Rev/MetaCard for almost 10 years now and I NEVER saw this triangle, so both bug reports seem to be correct

No hidden setting or something, sorry.
Use a Rev icon for this.

Ah, the almighty Klaus! I feel special now!

It seems odd that the tool icon & the manual (pg 118) would show them with the proper disclosure triangle, yet not render them properly. Oh well. The icon option will suffice but it's not a replacement for the real thing.

But my question was answered. So thank you very much, Klaus.

Yep, there are some inconsistencies in Rev, but most of them can be worked around.
