In my stack, I sometimes paint into an image object under script control. In such a script, there is a line "select line tool", some dragging, and then the line "select browse tool".
During the painting, the cursor appears to be the plus sign "+". When the browse tool is selected and the script finishes, the cursor does not usually change back to the arrow until after it has been moved out of the control (usually a button) that initiated the painting script.
Is it my responsibility in my script to change the cursor back to the arrow?

Considering Richmond's spot-on but slightly snarky reply ( ), check out the "choose" command in the dictionary.
