What Sdk tools and java version for livecode Indy 9.5.1

I want to try the android platform of livecode. I already installed the SDK tools version 24.4.1 same as well Java 8 update_1111.

I don't know what api version is compatible under Livecode indy 9.5.1

is livecode indy 9.5.1 still use Arm(armeabi) for CPU/ABI?
