Who knows how can I find a list of available sounds on the Mac?

HI Mag,
do you mean something like this?
Code: Select all
on mouseup
put the folder into tF
set the folder to "/System/Library/Sounds"
put the files into tSounds
set the folder to tF
answer tSounds
end mouseUp

The icing on the cake was to save and restore the default folder
