Sqlite, android deployment and facebook integration

I have the 5.5.1 version and I have several things that are still greyed out even though I have the $59 per month subscription and I should have access to deploy to multiple platforms. I was able to setup Standalone Application Settings for Android but when I try to save the settings, I get an error.
Also when I go to Development/Test, it is greyed out and doesnt allow me to test my Android settings in the emulator or a real device.
The IOS tab is completely greyed out and doesnt allow me to enter any settings. So, I'm trying to see why my version is not allowing me to do the things that were advertised for the $59 dollar subscription.
Also, I need help on connecting my app to Facebook. I have followed the tutorials but I keep getting a weird problem that doesnt seem to be addressed by the tutorial. The Facebook integration is asking me to login but doesnt give me anytime to login before it returns me back to my app without any Facebook integration??
The last thing is for the Android deployment, I have a SQLite database and I need help with the settings so that the Android app has access to this external database.
Has anyone else experienced any issues like this?
