toggle between browse and pointer
I know you can toggle between the two modes using ⌘0 and ⌘9 but this requires two hands to do. Is there anyway to do this with 1 hand (preferably left)... or to modify the command key choices? I'd happily give up 1 and 2 from the View menu (very rarely do I use those).

Hm, I don't have any problem doing this with my left or right hand alone?

Re: toggle between browse and pointer
Hi Mark,
on a Mac I use command + option + tab to toggle between "browse" and "pointer" mode.
Press command + option key with the thumb and the index finger hits the tab-key.
It does strain your keyboard a bit (had a broken command-key on my previous keyboard...)
Kind regards
Bernd

INDISPENSABLE to me is my multi-button mouse, where I set another button to toggle between pointer and browse. Just click that and toggle away. I use a Logi-Tech Anywhere mouse, and it has a configuration gadget where you can assign keyboard combos to any button. From there you can go anywhere.
My mouse failed recently, and until I got another, it was not safe to speak to me.
