Yes, it's possible. But is it a smart use of customers' time? Or more frankly, is it competitive?
If hand-crafting every little thing is to become expected, why have Ask and Answer at all?
They're there because they fulfill a very common need. That need is no less common on mobile, at least with Answer.
Filling out Ask and Answer for the modern mobile world would seem a second UI priority after having the engine provide scrolling for scrolling fields and groups.

Or, put another way; I want my Ask and Answer things to be congruent
with the aesthetic of the rest of my program.
