Expanding mobileCameraFeatures to learn more on Android

On Android, mobileCameraFeatures can only detect whether there are front and/or back cameras and whether they can take photos. Would be very great of mobileCameraFeatures could learn more about Android camera, for example if it has flash. :oops:
