Mac App Store require persistant security bookmarks

I've created a post explaining the sandboxing process for mac app store here:

I can't finish my app for MAS (Mac App Store) because the app needs persistant security bookmarks.
If I can't publish on MAS this particular App will not get the visiblity it could on the store.

If I haven't missed anything in LiveCode, then I would like to submit a request/suggestion for this Apple sandboxing/bookmarks feature or process to be included in LiveCode or generate some kind of workable solution.
