V0.15 available

Post by splash21 » Fri Jul 15, 2011 9:25 pm

Hit the update button and download V0.15.

Changes
  • Improved performance - much more responsive and snappy to work with.
  • Device property inspector should now reliably display all current card info.
  • Option buttons recoded to work the same way as the new tab buttons.
  • Slider control retains current position when moving between cards in the simulator.

A selection of iOS styled controls to get you up and running quickly
1- Controls can be skinned - the ability to save themes is planned
2- Native iOS controls can be dragged straight on to your project
3- Visual geometry management allows you to easily support all orientations
4- Controls do not contain images - they are lightweight, scalable and customizable
5- Support ticket system for bug reports and tracking
Except for Native iOS controls, will MobGUI also work work with Android?
What about desktop platforms?

I've been playing with android - all the controls are built with LiveCode graphics, so they work fine on android - although there's a known bug in the rendering of some of the graphics objects, so they'll not be 100% until that's fixed in the next LiveCode release. Android is now high on the to-do list - I've even made a scaleable android to start things off 8)
