Android Accessibility APIs

Hi All,
I hope you guys are doing well.
I was wondering if Livecode has any access to the Android accessibility API's as I am interested in making a user assistance application which requires creating a kind of macros for common tasks in various applications. If not would need to build it in from Livecode Builder?
