Play Store - Device Catalog / Exclusions

Hi,

I'm just getting my first app into the store. It is a simple app and only written for phones, not tablets.

In the play store device catalogue section my upload is being listed as being compatible with everything and says I can change this by uploading a new apk with different settings in the manifest to make it phone only, and automatically create an exclusion list.

I don't see an option in the builder to select phone only (seems to be there for iOS), could this be added?
