This looks like the dialog one would see when you are trying to run a 32bit app. It needs to be built again as a 64bit app.

You could try right-clicking to open the app. It has been a while since I've dealt with unsigned apps. Things may have changed in more recent versions of macOS.

The link goes to Übeknecht User Guide. I don't see anything about opening unsigned apps.
