Could you Please test TickedOff map on your Android device?

Post by BarrySumpter » Tue Mar 20, 2012 6:09 am

I'm looking for a sample to start with that will allow me to display my GPS position on Google Maps on my Android.

I recall having a map diasplay on the summer academy course TickedOff application.
But for some reason it won't display on my android. But works OK on Win32.

Could I please bother someone to download and test this on their android?

I would very much like to hear from someone testing with LC 4.6.4.

LiveCode Getting Started Course
Lesson6 Course Material with TickedOff-Lesson6 completed livecode app.

Once its running touch the + (add),
then touch the newly created task 1 in the first row of the datagrid,
after the page changes,
touch the map icon in the bottom right corner(it looks like a piece to a jigsaw puzzle.

tia and much appreciated.

farkle!
Was me again.
I didn't have Internet permission turned on.

Why would they save the Android example that uses the internet with internet permissions turned off?

Now I'm out of energy again.
