Java Runtime Environment JRE Error on Mac OS X

Hi all

I've just been been through by this weirdness for the second or third time - Java apparently not installed properly even though I has just been updated on a mac - meaning I couldn't build for Android.

Once again this URL entitled "How to Fix the Mac OS X Java Runtime Environment JRE Error" at http://www.theinternetpatrol.com/how-to ... nt-1320553 came to the rescue

I'm guessing most of us developing for Android on a Mac have experienced this problem at some stage or other?
