Those of you RUGrats who build your own computers or buy systems and accessories from NewEgg.com may enjoy this:

Next Wednesday, July 13, NewEgg is hosting a meetup at their corporate headquarters in City of Industry, CA:

This event requires RSVP at that page and you'll be asked to bring photo ID and sign an NDA, which suggests to me a rare opportunity to have a truly candid conversation with one of the more significant computer equipment vendors around.

Anyone living near downtown LA or Pasadena is welcome to contact me to arrange a carpool if you like.
