Maybe all those stacks should be made publically, and easily available as the LiveCode Community versions are.

The stacks used to be publicly available. All I see is that the link no longer works.

Have you considered reporting issues happening on the site to those who could fix them?

They are also not accessible through the IDE.

I have tried to access them via LC 9.6.3 Community, which would suggest that LiveCode
have blocked access to them from Open Source versions.

Still NOT working via LC 9.6.3 and 8.1.10 Community.

Oddly enough,at work, using LC 8.1.10 Community on MacOS 10.7.5 tthings work:
