Maybe all those stacks should be made publically, and easily available as the LiveCode Community versions are.

The stacks used to be publicly available. All I see is that the link no longer works.
Have you considered reporting issues happening on the site to those who could fix them?

I have tried to access them via LC 9.6.3 Community, which would suggest that LiveCode
have blocked access to them from Open Source versions.
