Well, the word "Klarna" in Swedish, means clear up or clarify.
What the company with that name does is to some extent described in your quote.
Their business model is to encourage people to 'buy now, pay later' and then make money off chasing after the people who fail at the 'pay later' part.
They infest the majority of Swedish online stores, and I avoid using their 'solutions' at all cost.
