Forum profile is not editable

I've recently moved on from my university lecturer role so I need to edit my profile. But when I try to submit the changes – even just deleting data, so it's not a max char issue – the result is always "The requested page could not be found."

Could someone with the keys to the forum engine room perhaps take a look?

Maybe it's just me! I just tried again... no luck.

It's not a browser-specific thing either, or at least I get exactly the same behaviour in Safari 13.1.2 and Chrome 87.0.4280.88.

I don't know.

Edited my profile on WaterFox 56.2.4 on a 2006 iMac running macOS 10.7.5 :)

I just checked your profile with the tools available to moderators, and your account permissions are set to the appropriate group.

So in short, this is beyond my pay grade. :)

You might drop a note to support AT livecode.com and someone there will full admin privileges may be able to get to the bottom of this.

Thanks Richard, I'll do that. The alternative would be to delete my profile entirely and set up a new one, but that's really not the right solution. :D

Agreed. It would create a new account ID, disconnecting your posting history.

I'll bet the admin tools will be able to solve it. Please let me know if they don't.
