Perhaps related to the optional registration for email notifications and offers, etc.

Either way, if it does nothing it's a bug, useful to report.

I guess this is a remnant from the automatic build process.
Why would one want to re-license a product, that does not require a (entering any) license? 8)

relicence LiveCode Community even if you want to
