The first one downloads PPC drivers.
The second one is just odd.
It might give someone the impression of slight carelessness.
Probably not a bad idea to get rid of them.

Huh, I've used both options on several of the IDEs, I sure hope it doesn't go away (although, now that I said that, I am sure it will ).
Although the dbquery builder is limited, it helped me to understand a bit more than I did at the time.

Glad I got it when I did then. Looks like I'll have to make multiple redundant backups of it

RevOnline is called User Samples in the toolbar so this doesn't seem obsolete. I suppose they could update the icon in the prefs pane though.
