The announcement for 8.0 DP1 said there are missing properties as this is an early alpha release.

Mind you, if you start a new Main stack in Livecode 7, open its property palette
and export that (the property palette) as a stack with a new name (I used "Props.livecode"),
then open it in Livecode 8 you can muck around all over the place to your heart's content.
