This really isn't a LiveCode question but everyone on the Forum has been so helpful so I hope it is OK to post this question.
Can anyone recommend software to make my iOS icons the right size (pixels)? This is my first iOS app (can you tell?) and I'm a little confused about pixels. I've always equated pixels with size but, with the Retina display, that's not true. So I need to make the same size icon but with double the pixels. I'm not sure how I do that. I am currently using Pixelmator. I have the icon done. I 'just' need to get the right pixels.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: iOS Icons
So, I found in Pixelmator where to set the pixels per inch (PPI). I am using the following PPIs:
iPhone 163
Hi-Res iPhone 326
iPad 132
Hi-Res iPad 264
I was able to save all of the images in the Standalone Application Settings, something that I was having trouble doing before. Hopefully, I'm good now.

Re: iOS Icons
Hi,
the PPI do NOT matter at all, just the correct amount of pixels in width and height!
Best

Re: iOS Icons
Go on Mac App Store and buy "Icons" (Empoc LLC) ... drag your 512x512 picture and you have ALL the icons you need ...jnmediaGAd195 wrote:This really isn't a LiveCode question but everyone on the Forum has been so helpful so I hope it is OK to post this question.
