Hi Klaus,

On the "copy files" appear the folder binaries... so I guess that copy the files, isn't?

Well, seems that the binaries isn't copied,... I copy inside the folder binaries? or at root?

I must compile/build in XCode the externals or are ready and only I need copy into the correct location?

Salut,
Josep M

Salut Josep,

As Klaus said you need to select the folder "binaries" inside
of the example folder in the standalone builder setting "Copy files"

same for rremicrophone

They work for me (IOS 5.01 ipad 2)

Hi,

I download again R10. Without opening the XCode project I opened the livecode stack, added the certificate, added the "copy files" and build it.
The resulting file don't have the externals inside and if I copy that then the app isn't showed into the iPhone.
Organizer copy the file but end saying that some is modified, deleted or added. :?

Then I repeat the proces, deleted the app from iPhone and start again... but nothing. The narrator don't want talk with me... :(

What I'm missing...

Hi Joseph,

it only LOOKS like the externals did not get copied into your app!

The files are attached to the engine, so you will not find any file
or folder "binaries" inside of the app package anymore!

But no idea why teh external does not work for you...

Best

Klaus

Nor the device and the simulator work :(

I follow a Monte post about compile for armv7 or armv6 but the result is bad...

Appear this error.

There was an error while saving the standalone application
Linking for armv6 failed with Id: warning: ignoring file /user.../rrenarrator.lcext, file was built for armv7 which is not the architecture being linked (armv6).

I understand the problem but I have no idea how solve it.

Any help? :?

Well..

I build rrenarrator.lcext for armv7 only, now the error is a warning that say:

Could not find suitable build of lcext "binaries/rrenarrator-5-1.lcext" for device...

:( bufffffff

Any idea...?

Have anyone confirmed that rrenarrator and rremicrophone works with Live code 5.5? I'm not having any luck with rreNarrator and rreMicrophone with Livecode 5.5
worked with Livecode 4.x in the past.

Yes. Ignore this warning message and install your standalone on the device

Don't worry :)

In fact with this error I can't save the standalone...

Can anyone confirm that with LC5.5 rrenarrator and rremicrophone work?
