none sdks on my Xcode 14.3.1 ? Solved

I try to select Xcode.app from mobile support of LC 9.6.9 setting (OSX Ventura 13.5).
It seem there is none sdks on my xCode 14.3.1. (renamed xCode1431)

I tried Install xcode by terminal but I get a « password:? » after

Code: Select all

sudo xcode-select -s path/to/xcode1431.app

I tried to type my password but nothing happens

I also tried what Jaques said

Another way to do it is to open xcode1431.app, go to XCode preferences -> Locations pane and choose xcode1431.app from the Command Line Tools popdown.

But I get the same issue.
Is it possible there is no sdks on my Xcode.app ?
What I miss ?

When I previously had to use an older version of xcode I just downloaded it from Apple Developer site, stored it in a different location and linked the LC preference panel to it.

I now download xCode14.2 with hope it works with Ventura

I now can select xCode14.2 from mobile support , create a standalone for iOS and transfer it on an iPad
Next step is for TestFlight via Transporter.

It doesn't appear that we got a direct answer to the question.

Are we saying that XCode 14.3 _isn't_ going to be selectable from the "Mobile Support"?

I have XCode 14_3 installed. It shows iOS 16.4 as installed as well as iOS 17.0 Simulator and iOS 16.2 Simulator.

Yet, when I select this Xcode application in LiveCode (9.6.9 or 9.6.10) I get the error saying that the proper SDKs are not there.

Is 14.2 the latest working Mobile Support SDK from XCode?
