Will Apple approve?

Hi team, this is not LC specific but maybe some of you have experience with it.

I've this LC developed APP that uses a BT RFID scanner as the input device. Until now the APP has been deployed as a Developer/Ad-Hoc App to devices for which the UDID is known. We are considering to make the APP available through the App store but I'm in doubt if Apple will approve it due to the specific input device requirement.

Going into more details, when an App is submitted for approval Apple wants to see it working (at least for the first release) and I wonder how will this happen in this case, will they ask me to send a scanner to test?

Anyone has gone through something similar and could give me some advice?

Your best bet would be to ask Apple Developer help. You need to have an account, then you can get on a live chat with them or send an email. Or alternately, you could just submit and see what happens. If they need more info they'd tell you. There's a place in the submission form where you can tell them the equipment that's required.

Thanks Jaque, I was trying to get some "advanced" feedback before going into the official Apple path but I guess this is the way to go.
