iOS App Template

Hello Y'all!
I have been away for the last 4 years and just opening up livecode again to build an app for my site. I was wondering if livecode or someone in the community has created a template app. I remember there being so many things to include into the app to get the native functionality to work with the iOS widget pack, all the Merge externals, and the LC native functionalities.
It would be great if there was a template stack that just gives little examples of using each of the elements.
I seem to have forgotten just about everything except for the language itself (i would have to forget english to forget livecode lol).
If you have one, know someone that does, know where to find one, or can make one, please let me know!
