AppStore confidentiality agreement advices

Hi All,
I have to upload a new version (TestFlight approved) of an iOS app to AppStore and I have to give an url for a "confidentiality agreement" document.
This app doesn't collect user's information and it works in local except installation, update and missed images search .
I got many information by internet search for sites or app using an internet connexion.
I hope we can make this agreement simpler for local apps.
Advices are welcome
