iOS phone app development - resources needed

We have used LiveCode extensively on both the server and the app side. I need help to make some changes on the app side. Specifically adding barcode reading now the external is part of LiveCode and a list of app changes introducing new screens and features. Based in Culver City it would be best of there was someone who could come into our offices occasionally to work with our head of technology directly.
