I am interested in the following:
a. How to get an iPad App I have authored onto my personal iPad 1 via a cable and/or via e-mail, so I can play around with it and see how it works.
b. How to set up a Jail-broken iPad repository, and/or submit to Cydia.
c. How to send Tim Cook a mildly offensive message he will actually get to read.
Glad for advice on pints a and b, but NOT on c, as I shall work that one out for myself
