iAd with Mergext Banner question

I've decided to give iAd a shot, so I installed Mergext Banner in my stack. But I am getting a banner on the bottom, that doesn't stretch completely across the screen of the iPad. see the img for example. But if I click on the banner, and close the ad, it stretches to the width of the iPad....when next ad pops up, goes back to shortened length....Any thoughts?
