I am desperately trying to save as Standalone application.
I have installed Apple developer certificate and verified XCode builds correctly.
LiveCode 6.7 (dp7) I keep getting the dialog :
---
codesigning failed with iPhone Developer :
Michel Bujardet (number): ambiguous
(matches 'iPhone Developer: Michel Bujardet
(number)" in
/Library/Keychains/System.keychain and
"iPhone Developer: Michel Bujardet
(number)" in
/Users/Mitch/Library/Keychain/login.keychain)
[OK]
---
After clicking OK I get a second dialog starting with "There was an error while saving the standalone application" and again the same information as above.
I have tried deleting one of the certificates but then Livecode refuses to build. This is getting extremely frustrating.
The number is the same in every instance.
How can I get Livecode to save my app ?
Thank you in advance for any help.

Apparently, my question did not interest much. I assure you, when it happens, it is not fun
I finally fixed it this way :
- Searched for my name in KeyChain, found an old obsolete certificate, *that was no showing otherwise*
- Deleted it.
I post this for others to find some help instead of a glacial silence.

Mitch - a shame I didn't spot your original posting as I might have been able to help
I had a similar issue once between December 2012 and February 2013 with an old certificate that I only got to show up in the keychain by accident - and it was, as you say, no fun at all
Glad that you (and Chipp) got it sorted - I do remember I was floating around for several days after I fixed it hope you're both having nice time
Kind regards
Dave

Thank you indeed! I had the same problem, deleted the certificate but didn't realize it was still lingering under the system keychain as well since as you said it doesn't actually show in the list.michel_bujardet wrote:Apparently, my question did not interest much.
